As you are preparing your calendars and filling them with different events, we want you to think through different ways we can help you get the word out about your events on the church website and/or social media page.

We have three “Packages” available for your events - Normal Events in your Ministry, Big Events in your Ministry, and Whole Church Events. Each category will offer a different level of coverage on our website and/or social media page.

Package Options

Normal Events Package 

Examples of “Normal Events”:

  • Reality Game Night
  • Unite Vortex Arcade
  • SLAM Mario Party Tournament

What We Will Do:

  • Information about your event is added to the website’s event page.

Big Events Package

Examples of “Big Events”:

  • The Awakening | The Deepening
  • Young Adult Retreat
  • Family Night (The Amazing Chemistry Show)
  • Missions Experience Night

What We Will Do:

  • Information about your event is added to the website’s event page.
  • One social media post announcing the event at your desired time.
  • One social media post during or after the event highlighting what happened.
  • If requested, we will create an online registration form and provide a QR Code and link to that form.
Whole Church Events Package

Examples of “Whole Church Events”:

  • WILD
  • Week of Giving
  • Man Night
  • Egg-O-Rama

What We Will Do:

  • We will Schedule a meeting date to talk through social media details and webpage details.
  • A social media post after the event highlighting different moments.
  • We will create a webpage on the First NLR website where information about the event will be located, and registration can be added.
  • A Banner or Notification about the event will be on the home page and throughout the website (2 Weeks Out)

Additional Information

To help get the most accurate information, we ask that you prepare all the details about your event before we publish on the website or social media.

For the “Event Page,” we need a graphic for your event (1920×1080), a description of your event, the date and time of your event, and the main contact for your event.

For a social media post promoting your event, we will need a graphic (1080×1080), a description of your event, and the date and time of your event. 

We will not be creating promotional videos for you. We will get them scheduled and promoted on the page. Depending on the package, We will help you develop ideas for social media content.
